Terry Walsh. Managing Director
Terry has enjoyed a career in the Licensed Trade spanning a 30 year period, 25 of those at Management level. Terry has managed hotels, bars and
restaurants for the Accedo Enterprises Group. He has also enjoyed a term as Group Beverage Manager with The With Flair group overseeing corporate hospitality and entertainment at Fairyhouse Racecourse, home
to the Irish Grand National and corporate hospitality events at Naas Racecourse, Sligo Racecourse, Tipperary Racecourse, Slane Castle and Dublin Castle. All aspects of corporate hospitality at the Royal
Hospital Kilmainham are also within Terry's remit.
Terry is an innovative manager with extensive experience in stock control, purchasing, strategic event planning and management and customer care.

Jack Duffy. Executive Head Chef / Director
With a career spanning 27 years, Jack has operated in all aspects of the catering trade, from fine dining restaurants to corporate and event
catering. He is a holder of the prestigious 706/3 qualification and has also held the position of Senior Sauce Chef at 'de Kersen Tuin', holder of two Michelin Star's, in Amsterdam.
Jack has worked at Head Chef and Executive Chef level for Coopers Restaurants, Brubecks Restaurant and the Sean Quinn Group.
Throughout his distinguished career, he has prepared food and created culinary extravaganzas for Kings and Queens Presidents and Prime Ministers, to include VIPs such as Bill Clinton, Ronald Reagan and
Margaret Thatcher.
Jack captained the 1995 Irish Culinary Team, which competed and won The European Cooking Championship in Malta. Jack holds 38 National and International culinary awards and is a member of the Panel of Chefs
of Ireland Judging Panel.
